Paddington Contemporary House
The owners of this two-storey residence wanted a bold, modern setting to house and highlight their art collection.
A David Bowie print inspires the formal living room, where a tufted leather lounge channels its ’70s vibe. A Marilyn Monroe print anchors the family room, where blocks of monochrome are punctuated by pink. Watermelon brights in the formal dining room echo the tones of a Dion Horstmans sculpture on the wall.
Elsewhere, colour choices are more subtle, with a black and white background palette lending sophistication throughout.
